Buhos Traffic System in Cavite

I experienced the worst traffic ever in Cavite. Although this is a common complains of the Caviteno.. But today was horrible for me.

We lived in Meadowood Exec Village while our warehouse is located in Niog 3. That is approximately 1 kilometer in distance. We left the house at around 8:45 AM but I couldnt believed that we arrived in the office at 10:00 AM. Horrible! And we are only talking here in Niog area. How about Aguinaldo Highway? It could be worst than we experienced. We could not stand anymore so we left the car in the road, took a tricycle and let Eric, our driver, to fetch it.

This buhos system is I think bullshit! Why on earth do they have to apply that here in Cavite? What is the benefit of that system? Why the local government cannot hear the complains of the locals? Why they keep a blind eye and deaf ear over this problem?

When you are stucked in traffic in Cavite - you are dead!

Took some photos of bored passengers and my hubby!

I can super relate to you Sis! Traffic rules in Cavite and Las Pinas are super alike that's why the issues are still persistent!

My hubby even commented that why on Earth do enforcers in these areas encourage counter-flowing when in fact, it is a violation!

That buhos system confuses me. In Aguinaldo Highway, I will normally look at the rear view & right side mirrors. There was a time I was wondering why there are cars to my left. Buhos system pala, haha. :D

@nicquee - It is not a violation IF a traffic enforcer allows you to do so. The same thing applies if, for example, the traffic light is on red signal but traffic enforcer tells you to go.
