Mommy’s Date
Last weekend was special for me and Francis, it was our first ever date. It was special as it was his first teeth extraction at the same time, we ate his favorite foods, shop for his school snacks and his breakfast cereals. Anyway, we arrived at the dental clinic quite early and was advised by the secretary to roam around the mall first while waiting for the dentist to arrive. And we did.
At first, we dropped by the booth of Dallas Landscaping displayed near the clinic. I took some pamphlets and magazines of their previous works and its prices. I was impressed by the quality of their work. Seeing Francis bored while I was talking to their sales, I hinted the girl that I will just call her the next day.
Then we went to the department store as I need to buy a few new pairs of white socks. While in the kids section, I saw a new brand Stephen Joseph‘s backpack in the shelves. It looks so cute and girly that I had to promise myself that I will buy it the next time I visit SM for my little princess.. I can’t purchase it just yet as I am not sure how much would it cost me for Francis dental.

After paying for the socks, we headed to the grocery store when I spotted a nice and fashionable laundry bag. Its so cute and perfect for a short travel and field trip with kids. I guess its in the every woman genes that we are good in spotting nice stuff. I so love it but still my main agenda for my visit in SM is for my kids tooth extraction so enough for my obsession. Its my kids turn now!
After our date, I realized how important it is to spend one day with one child. I was able to get to know him better like his favorite food, his superhero stories, his favorite food, his drinks. Not that I dont know my son but its different when its just the two of you. I will be surely do the same for my other son and my daughter.
